Anne of Green Gables
Sinopsis del producto
Anne is an eleven-year-old girl, a redhead, with freckles, and very naughty. She has been an orphan since the age of three, and, by mistake, ends up as the adopted daughter of the siblings Matthew and Marilla Cuthbert, who live on the Green Gables farm. They were expecting a tall, well-built boy, but instead Anne appeared. Despite Marilla's initial opposition, Anne manages to convince them not to return her to the orphanage. The girl quickly integrates into the new home and, after a short time, no one on Prince Edward Island can imagine life without Anne, who, thanks to her imagination and alert character, manages to dazzle all the inhabitants of Avonlea—the small fictional fishing town on the island where the story takes place in the late 19th century.
